About
Treating the Body as a System
The human muscular-skeletal system is as complex as it is interconnected. It's no wonder so many people feel confused or anxious about starting an exercise program. My training philosophy involves leveraging this complex system to maximize results and enhance safety. However, great training goes beyond anatomical knowledge, I aim to provide clients with the highest level of awareness to their unique emotional needs as well. My goal is to integrate fitness and wellness into your lifestyle, not force it upon you. With this comprehensive approach, a vast majority of my clients have seen positive results with some far exceeding their own expectations.

Jonathan Eisen
I have been an American Council on Exercises (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer for six years and during that time I have had the privilege of helping many of my clients reach or exceed their goals. ACE is one of the premier training organizations in the world that conduct independent, peer-reviewed studies and research to keep me on the cutting edge of the ever-changing fitness landscape.
My journey with fitness started after I graduated High School. I lost about 25lbs and was amazed at the impact that this journey had on me not only physically but mentally as well. It became obvious to me that working in the fitness industry was my passion and six years later I am more committed than ever to sharing the positive force of exercise. I have been so privileged to positively impact and develop great relationships with so many amazing people in my career. I am still excited about my next client’s journey and I can't wait for us to get started!
